Description Du Poste
Dans un contexte de croissance et de structuration de la pratique SAP, Wepoint recherche un Leader SAP pour rejoindre ses équipes. Ce rôle est essentiel pour renforcer la vision fonctionnelle, structurer la pratique, améliorer les processus internes et soutenir l'évolution des talents SAP. Le poste s'inscrit dans une réflexion menée sur la maturité et la croissance de l'équipe.
Responsabilités
- Définir et porter la vision fonctionnelle SAP : assurer la cohérence des choix fonctionnels, encadrer les bonnes pratiques et guider les orientations de la pratique;
- Structurer la pratique SAP: définir les rôles, optimiser l'organisation et contribuer à la gouvernance interne;
- Soutenir les projets et garantir la qualité de la livraison: agir comme référence fonctionnelle, accompagner les analystes dans la résolution des enjeux, assurer la pertinence et la robustesse des livrables;
- Développer les talents SAP : encadrer, coacher et accompagner la montée en compétence de l'équipe, assurer un suivi structuré des profils et contribuer à leur évolution dans l'organisation.
Qualifications
- Un minimum de 10 années d'expérience dans des rôles de gestion;
- Expérience confirmée de gestion en environnement SAP avec maîtrise approfondie des processus;
- Expertise fonctionelle solide sur un ou plusieurs modules SAP;
- Expérience démontrée en leadership ou co-gestion d'équipes;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes;
- Capacité à coacher, structurer et soutenir une équipe en croissance;
- Approche collaborative, orientée vision, qualité et amélioration continue.
