Right Lane Carrier Inc. is seeking an experienced 310T Fleet Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair our fleet of trucks and trailers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled 310T Truck Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on trucks and trailers and perform required repairs
  • Conduct detailed fleet inspections including brake, safety, and preventive maintenance (PM) checks
  • Perform road tests and complete all safety evaluations
  • Review, document, and complete all work orders accurately
  • Maintain strong working relationships with drivers and team members
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Adjust equipment, repair or replace defective parts, and carry out routine maintenance
  • Lubricate, clean, and service fleet equipment as needed
  • Maintain all required tools and uphold high maintenance standards
  • Report directly to the safety team and management

Qualifications

  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach License in good standing (required)
  • Must have your own tools
  • Knowledge of Freightliner equipment (asset)
  • Strong background in mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid Ontario G License (required)
  • AZ License (asset)
