We're seeking a visionary and execution-driven
Head of Marketing and Growth
to lead our brand's expansion across Canada and into new markets.
Position Overview
The Head of Marketing and Growth will own and drive the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead the strategy and execution of both digital and offline marketing efforts, overseeing performance marketing, content strategy, influencer/affiliate campaigns, and brand positioning, while collaborating closely with product, sales, and medical operations.
Your mission: accelerate revenue growth, deepen consumer trust, and scale our presence as a leading hormone health and longevity platform in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy that aligns with business objectives. Prioritize high-ROI channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and LTV.
Marketing Leadership:
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across performance, content, lifecycle, and brand marketing. Lead cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and operations.
Performance Marketing:
- Own and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). Drive CAC efficiency and budget allocation decisions using data.
Brand Development:
- Refine and evolve the S&H brand identity to reinforce leadership in hormone health and longevity. Lead storytelling and creative direction.
Content & SEO Strategy:
- Oversee educational content and SEO efforts to increase organic traffic and position S&H as a thought leader in health, wellness, and aging.
Partnerships & Influencers:
- Expand affiliate, influencer, and partner networks to support trust and distribution in the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and implement data-driven marketing operations to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation, preferably in
healthtech, D2C wellness, or digital health - Proven leadership experience in
scaling customer acquisition
in a high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of
digital performance marketing
, SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Strong understanding of
brand marketing and content strategy
in regulated health or wellness categories
- Experience with
customer journey mapping
, A/B testing, and CRO
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and team management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for healthcare innovation, longevity, and consumer wellness
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing
regulated products or services (Rx, diagnostics, telehealth, etc.) - Experience scaling
subscription-based or recurring revenue
models
- Exposure to Canadian healthcare landscape or digital clinics
