Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in landscape maintenance, a strong understanding of lawn & plant care, and the ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, aerators, power rakes, etc.

About Us:
We are a team of outdoorsy professionals that love to create new and exciting landscapes for our clients both residential and commercial. We have a passion for landscaping & hardscaping, residential & commercial, taking pride in all of our projects/clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain commercial and residential landscapes by mowing lawns, cleaning up leaves and debris, aerating, power raking, weed control, etc.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with the planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Perform routine maintenance on landscape equipment
- Operate machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, aerators, power rakes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience with landscape maintenance or construction
- Must be able to carry 25 -80lbs and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to get to and from work reliably (punctual)
- Can lead a crew for short periods of time when needed
- Responsible for ensuring quality of work and high attention to detail
- Ability to work long shifts when needed
- Basic knowledge of the landscaping industry/horticulture

Seasonal Opportunities
While this position is primarily focused on the landscape maintenance season, we are also looking for reliable team members interested in transitioning into winter work, including snow removal and related services. This provides the opportunity for long-term, year-round employment for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $ $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
