Duties

  • Utilize effective communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and team meetings to promote a collaborative educational community.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
  • Experience with curriculum development across multiple subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
  • Classroom management skills that foster a positive learning environment while maintaining discipline and order.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood education.
  • Ability to adapt lessons for children with special needs or those requiring additional support in inclusive classrooms.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and safety protocols within childcare or school settings.
  • Knowledge of Montessori methods or other specialized teaching philosophies is a plus.
  • Certification or licensing in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be considered an asset.
