About the Role

M3 Staffing is hiring reliable and energetic Concession Stand Servers to support our clients at stadiums, arenas, concerts, festivals, and other large-scale events.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, customer interaction, and working as part of a team during major events.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages quickly and professionally.
  • Operate POS systems, handle cash/card transactions.
  • Prepare basic concession items (snacks, drinks, packaged foods).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand.
  • Restock items and assist with inventory as needed.
  • Provide friendly, helpful service to guests.
  • Follow food safety and venue guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in concessions, food service, or customer service is an asset.
  • Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be punctual, professional, and able to work event schedules.
  • Serving It Right is for any alcohol-related positions.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Event-based shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Competitive hourly pay depending on experience and assignment.
