About the Role:

As a Litigation Lawyer at Sutherland Law, you will handle a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, advocating for clients in a wide range of disputes. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex cases, collaborate with experienced lawyers, and contribute to the development of our growing practice.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in civil and/or commercial litigation

Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills

Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities

A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team

A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
