What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Data Enablement & UX Design is a strategic leader responsible for driving the development and delivery of data visualization and reporting solutions that prioritize user-centric design, branding consistency, and actionable insights. This role will oversee the creation of performance dashboards and data delivery frameworks to empower stakeholders with data-driven decision-making capabilities. By fostering innovation, collaboration, and talent development, the Senior Manager will shape the strategic direction of data enablement while ensuring data quality, governance, and a seamless user experience. This position requires a visionary leader with expertise in data visualization, UI/UX design, and analytics, who can align data strategies with organizational goals and inspire a high-performing team.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for data visualization and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance data enablement capabilities.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data visualization and analytics professionals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and empowerment to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of performance dashboards that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in data enablement and delivery.
  • Explore and implement new data sources, tools, and techniques to enhance insights and analysis capabilities.
  • Foster an environment of experimentation and learning, encouraging the team to push boundaries and explore new possibilities.

What do you need to succeed?
Must have:

  • Proven experience in data visualization, analytics, and UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of impactful dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Expertise in data governance, quality assurance, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
  • Expert Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced analytics
  • Familiarity with branding and design principles in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data enablement and delivery.
  • Experience with Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hadoop/HDFS
