About Us

At the Bridge to Red Seal Program, we are committed to empowering internationally trained professionals in the skilled trades. Our mission is to facilitate their journey towards achieving recognition for their credentials and obtaining the Red Seal certification, which is vital for their success in Canada's trades sector.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the daily management and coordination of the Bridge to Red Seal Program. This role involves ensuring the program runs smoothly, tracking project milestones and budgets, and supporting the Project Director in achieving program goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for helping newcomers succeed in the trades. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of internationally trained professionals as they navigate their path to Red Seal certification.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a proactive project coordinator with a strong understanding of the trades and apprenticeship landscape. You will excel in communication and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within trades or apprenticeship contexts.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience engaging with internationally trained professionals is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the Red Seal certification process or provincial apprenticeship systems preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

  • Knowledge of government funding and program compliance is an asset.

  • Additional language skills are advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a remote work environment that promotes work-life balance and encourages professional development.
