At NuORDER, our Client Services team plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new customers and partners. As a Product Specialist, you'll be at the heart of this process - designing and building customized portals that showcase the best of what NuORDER has to offer.
In this role, responsibilities include clarifying and evangelizing NuORDER's features and capabilities, determining the ideal configuration for a given customer, and delivering a portal that is launch ready. With your product expertise and eye for detail, you'll set the standard for excellent onboarding and provide a world-class experience.

The position is remote and will prioritize candidates on the West Coast of Canada.
What you'll be doing:
- Gain a strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising - and explain how NuORDER helps customers apply best practices.
- Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to learn about customer goals and guide the portal build using their data.
- Analyze and refine data in Excel, while helping customers identify and resolve any data issues.
- Become a NuORDER expert and configure the optimal portal setup for each customer.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects at once, ensuring a smooth and timely launch.
What you need to bring:
- 2+ years in an analytical, customer service, or technology-related role.
- Strong communication skills in - you'll be interacting with clients by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- A genuine love for problem-solving and logical thinking.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - you'll use it daily (bonus if you know formulas).
- Quick to learn and adapt to new software programs.
