Medical Aesthetician

Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Deliver professional makeup application and nail care services to enhance client appearance.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments, skincare products, and retail items.
• Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product demos.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas according to health regulations.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling skincare products, cosmetics, and treatment packages to clients.
• Educate guests on proper skincare routines and product usage for optimal results.
• Support guest services by creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer experiences during every visit.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment.
• Ability to promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for guest interactions at the front desk and during consultations.
• Experience with product demos and hospitality-oriented guest services is preferred.
