Medical Aesthetician

Enriched Med Spa is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for all of our clients and all their medical aesthetic needs. Our team is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Medical Aesthetician that exhibits empathy and passion when partnering with our clients to achieve their goals.

Role: Part-time, permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Your Impact:

- Partner with clients to understand their concerns to create customized treatment plans through initial consultations, during treatments, and appointment follow ups
- Perform a wide variety of the following treatments with expertise and confidence: OxyGeneo, microneedling, peels, laser hair removal, IPL, radio frequency, and body contouring treatments
- Leverage your expertise to authentically educate our clients about the benefits of both skin care products and treatments, individually and together, with their best interest in mind
- Actively collaborate with the team to create content for our Instagram page and other social media platforms to drive organic engagement
- Assist with daily operations such as client administration, updating inventory, deep cleaning, and sanitization

What You Bring to the Team:

- A diploma/certification in Medical Aesthetics and Laser Treatments
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a medical spa/skin clinic performing skin and body treatments
- Familiarity/experience with the following brands is an asset:

- InMode Technologies
- Vivier Skin
- PCA Skin
- EltaMD
- Colorescience
- Herbs2Peel
- OxyGeneo
- Casmara
- Well developed professionalism and the ability to consistently create a positive experience for every client
- Ownership for your own professional development, setting long term goals, and taking action in order to achieve them
- A love for learning, curiousity, and continually educating yourself about all things medical aesthetics
- A team player mindset, always taking initiative, and prioritizing success of the whole team
- Integrity and honesty; understanding the value of sharing and receiving positive and constructive feedback
- Tech savviness, creativity, and innovative ideas for our social media growth
- Must be open to travel between our 2 locations (Vaughan and East Gwillimbury)
