Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Assistant to join our team. We're looking for a motivated and dependable Automotive Assistant to join our team and support daily operations in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

The Automotive Assistant will support technicians, service advisors, and dealership staff with a range of tasks including vehicle intake, customer support, inventory management, and shop organization. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service as needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Complete documentation and follow company procedures accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, features, and specifications
  • Prepare and update vehicle files, customer files, and internal paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
  • Prior experience in automotive, customer service, or a shop environment is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities.
  • Valid driver's license
