Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your ability to handle inquiries efficiently, process data accurately, and upsell products or services will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and company growth. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued to serve a diverse client base. This position offers an opportunity to develop your communication and analysis skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Manage customer accounts and perform accurate data entry to update records
  • Provide detailed product or service information, addressing customer needs effectively
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to enhance customer experience and revenue
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer data and interactions for insights and improvements
  • Experience in sales, including upselling techniques, is a plus
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
