We're now looking for a UI/UX Designer who is not just a designer but a creative problem solver — someone who can ideate, design, and execute across all digital and visual fronts.

Role Overview:

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for shaping user experiences across our digital ecosystem — from websites and CRM tools to marketing campaigns. This role demands a hands-on designer who understands the nuances of both aesthetics and functionality and can seamlessly blend graphic design, web design, and user experience to create impactful, visually stunning, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and user experience for web and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces for websites, portals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to translate ideas into functional designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals for new features and design updates.
  • Manage and maintain website design elements, ensuring optimal UX and performance.
  • Oversee brand visuals, including social media graphics, brochures, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Conduct UX research, analyze user feedback, and optimize designs for engagement and conversion.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep RE/MAX Millennium's brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced or real estate-related environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web, mobile, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (bonus).
  • Working knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive layouts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • A creative mindset with the flexibility to "do anything and everything" design-related.
