About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 2-4 years of experience in React and to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and deploying innovative projects, starting from ideation on platforms like Replit and bringing them to production. The ideal candidate combines strong coding expertise with product and design thinking to bridge the gap between concept and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React for front-end and for back-end.
  • Prototype and iterate on project ideas using Replit for rapid development and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product ideas into functional applications.
  • Apply product and design thinking to create user-centric solutions that align with business goals.
  • Deploy and manage applications in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience building web applications with React and
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and server-side development.
  • Familiarity with Replit or similar platforms for prototyping and collaborative coding.
  • Strong product and design thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into user-friendly features.
  • Experience deploying applications to production environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Heroku, Vercel).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, product managers, and developers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience with TypeScript or other typed JavaScript frameworks.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.
