Job Summary

In accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required. Pay range is $42,400 - $46,500 annually.

Accountable for the efficient, smooth operation of a job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage all aspects of internal office moves, receive and process client move requests, coordinate with and scheduled vendors, and create and distribute move communications and labels to clients, ensuring the move processes are in accordance with client's policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support such as answering incoming calls, participate in Workplace Services meetings as well as respond and manage Workplace Services (WPS) emails in a timely manner.
  • Create all vinyl names for office and meeting room doors when needed.
  • Follow up and complete all Facility Service requests.
  • Update FM System as new Associates are on board and floor plans when needed as reconfigurations take place.
  • Perform pre- and post-move inventory, furniture inventory, hang move signage, and supervise movers, furniture reconfiguration and space enhancements.

  • Degree/Certification and minimum 3-5 years' work experience in Facilities/Office Services is preferred.
  • Strong computer & Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and initiative for quality and superior customer service.
  • Able to work successfully in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Readily adaptable to changing work priorities.
