Position Summary:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor will act as the team leader on a construction site, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and service standards, along with diligent cost management. You will champion our safety culture, uphold COR compliance, and lead by example to ensure every team member returns home safely.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 4 – 7 years in a supervisory role in the construction industry – an asset
- Valid Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Availability and flexibility to travel within Canada
- Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts as required ( highlight as a mandatory requirement )
- Hands-on experience with basic construction tools and the ability to act as a working supervisor when needed
- Site supervisory experience in restaurant renovations/ground-up construction(not necessary), commercial retail interior fit-ups, renovations, or design-build projects(not necessary) is a must
- Candidates with prior experience in working at Toronto Pearson Airport – an asset
- Proven knowledge of construction technology, documentation, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and quality control
- Proven ability to supervise and direct trades and site personnel effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction site operations and strict Occupational Health and Safety compliance
- Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to COR certification standards
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the project management team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Procore project management software (an asset)

- Health & Safety Awareness in 5 Steps
- WHMIS (within the last calendar year)
- Basics of Supervision
- Training and/or re-training may be available upon agreement.
