We are looking for an experienced painter who values quality, professionalism, and respectful interactions with both clients and teammates.

What You Will Do

  • High quality brushing, rolling, and cutting
  • Cabinet refinishing and spraying (training available)
  • Surface prep including sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and masking
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow company systems, checklists, and standards
  • Communicate respectfully with homeowners
  • Work independently or with a small team
  • Complete tasks accurately and consistently

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional residential painting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to follow structured procedures
  • Comfortable working inside client homes with professionalism
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's licence
  • Must be bondable and able to pass a criminal background check
