Our club is currently seeking experienced and passionate volleyball coaches to join our staff for the 2025–2026 OVA Rep Season.

Positions Available:

  • Head Coach – U13 Girls
  • Volunteer Assistant– U13 Girls

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective practices focusing on skill development, game systems, and team strategy.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.
  • Prepare athletes for OVA competitions and tournaments throughout the season.
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and club management.
  • Support athletes' long-term growth in line with the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.

Qualifications:

  • Previous coaching or playing experience at a competitive level (club, high school, or higher).
  • NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) training/certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the full OVA season schedule (tryouts, practices, tournaments, Provincials).
