Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of high-complexity features, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality.
  • Design and develop system components using cloud-native principles, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Analyze requirements, engage with stakeholders, and deliver architectural solutions that align with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to software engineers, promote best practices, and communicate competence development needs.
Qualifications

You have:

  • 15+ years in telecom-grade product development with expertise in designing and architecting solutions.
  • Expert in Core Java or C++ with strong analytical, debugging, and multi-threaded system programming skills for real-time, high-performance, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Practical experience with Cloud Native, Microservices, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), Virtualization (VMware, OpenStack), and orchestration tools (Helm, Envoy, Consul, Redis, gRPC).
  • Deep knowledge of 4G/5G, Signaling, 3GPP standards, and protocols like PCRF, Diameter, and HTTP/2.
  • Proficient in Linux Containers, Namespaces, CGroups, component lifecycle management, and large-scale production environments.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, RedHat OCP, and working with open-source PaaS environments.
  • Strong innovation mindset, ability to scale solutions, lead teams, drive collaboration, and ensure resource optimization.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, work under stress, prioritize customer needs, and engage key stakeholders for business success.
