Job Overview

Skip The Task is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to help new applicants complete their setup process. You will support documentation, profile preparation, and communication during the onboarding steps. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and great at follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming applications and verify documents
  • Update internal records and applicant details
  • Communicate with applicants by phone and email
  • Guide new applicants through onboarding steps
  • Track progress and flag missing information
  • Support the operations team with general onboarding tasks

Requirements

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work on-site

Employment Details

  • Full-time employee
  • On-site role in Etobicoke
  • Monday–Friday schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,400.00-$50,343.87 per year
