JOB SUMMARY:

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves, fire up your imagination, and Activate Awesome from the ground up? We're looking for a Creative Services Lead to help us reshape the 7-Eleven brand in ways that are bold, consistent, fun, and uniquely Canadian. This is your chance to lead the charge on developing our brand's in-house creative muscle—from the very first brainstorm to the final pixel-perfect file.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Communications, you'll be the creative engine powering our marketing machine. You'll set the standard for how we show up across every channel—whether it's on shelf, on screen, or in store. You'll lead a small but mighty creative production team, while building smart workflows that keep everything (and everyone) running smoothly. Briefs in = Magic out.

This is a hands-on foundational leadership role where you'll shape the creative flow—from intake and prioritization to approvals and execution—ensuring every campaign is on-brand, on-message, and on time. You'll collaborate with just about everyone: Brand, Digital, Integrated Marketing, Loyalty, Category teams, our vendor partners, and more. Together, we'll turn big ideas into irresistible campaigns that customers will act on.

The ideal candidate is both a strong creative leader and an operational problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll bring a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and a drive to build systems that unlock efficiency and creativity at scale.

  • Oversee the production of high-quality creative across digital, print, in-store, social, video, OOH, packaging and more.

  • Responsible for all sub-branding and brand guidelines and oversee integration of the brand strategy, standards and tone of voice, across owned, paid and earned media.

  • Implement scalable systems, tools, and templates that make creative work flow faster and smarter.

  • Ensure brand consistency by championing design, tone, and storytelling standards across every channel and campaign.

  • Responsible for stewarding creative testing and collaborating with research & insights team to ensure data-driven creative is aligned to achieving strategic goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with integrated marketing, communications, loyalty, digital, social, Category Management and external vendor partner teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Manage timelines, resources, and priorities in a high-volume environment without compromising quality.

  • Present creative work and rationale to stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and strategy in mind.

  • Stay on top of creative trends, technologies, and emerging formats that help keep the brand fresh and forward-thinking.

  • Bring a sharp eye for detail, a collaborative and strategic mindset, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to everything you do.
