We are looking for an experienced and highly reliable Hardscape Specialist to join our team, focusing on luxury residential and waterfront projects across Muskoka and Simcoe County. We demand excellence on every job and are seeking a true professional who delivers superior craftsmanship with fine attention to detail.

Position Details:

  • Location: Muskoka and Simcoe County
  • Employment Type: Full-time, year-round work for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly lay high-end armour stone and redi rock with precision and attention to fine detail
  • Install proper drainage systems to professional standards
  • Accurately prepare bases for patios, driveways, retaining walls, and stone features
  • Install natural stone and interlock patios to high-end specifications
  • Operate skid steers and excavators safely and efficiently
  • Read and set grades and elevations accurately
  • Complete projects with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional hardscaping experience
  • Proven expertise working with large retaining wall projects, drainage installations, and detailed stonework
  • Strong ability to prepare and compact base materials properly
  • Skilled and safe operator of skid steers and excavators
  • Ability to understand and work from site plans, grading specs, and design drawings
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and takes pride in workmanship
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
