Job Summary

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated AI & Labs Delivery Lead to join our team at Compass Data & AI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology - a proactive problem-solver who can guide high-velocity projects to successful delivery. As the Delivery Lead, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, clarity in execution, and impactful delivery of AI and data solutions. You don't need to write code, but a strong understanding of modern technology and deployment practices is essential to communicate effectively and drive results. Your work will directly influence the success of AI-powered initiatives that solve complex, real-world problems at scale.

Now, if you were to come on board as our AI & Labs Delivery Lead, we'd ask you to do the following:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution
  • Act as a bridge between cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements
  • Apply strong business analysis skills to frame problems and guide solutioning
  • Manage multiple fast-paced projects and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Take full ownership and accountability for delivery timelines and outcomes
  • Foster collaboration across data and analytics engineers, AI teams, and business partners
  • Navigate ambiguity, learn on the fly, and respond to issues with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and inspire confidence in delivery

Think you have what it takes to be our AI & Labs Delivery Lead? Here's how we'll know:

  • Proven experience in delivery leadership, project management, or consulting in data or AI environments
  • Advanced business analysis and stakeholder management skillStrong understanding of technology project lifecycles, from design to deployment
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and accountability
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is an asset
