We are seeking an Inside Sales representative to support our Colors- Food division at our Canada location. Your mission is to create demand generation with existing and new customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone/online contact with customers and occasional field visits to key accounts. 

What you'll do:

  • You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
  • You will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our food color markets in Canada.
  • You will work cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams. 

What you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, combined with strong technical acumen.
  • Professional work experience preferably within a sales role.
  • Strong project management and customer service skills, accompanied with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
  • Preferred experience in CRM/Salesforce a plus.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. This position also offers a bonus opportunity. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
