Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level training role designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in human resources. You will learn about recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and other HR processes while working under supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings and organizing applications.
  • Help prepare onboarding forms and materials for new employees.
  • Support HR record-keeping and basic data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions and maintaining training records.
  • Participate in small HR projects under guidance.
  • Help with employer branding or social media posts related to HR.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in HR, Business, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in HR and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage basic tasks.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
