Due to a high volume of ongoing and upcoming projects, we are currently looking to hire two (2) full-time experienced construction labourers to join our team.

Job Type

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Immediate start available

Job Location

  • Calgary and surrounding cities

Responsibilities

  • Assist the site manager and crew with general residential construction work, including but not limited to:
  • Framing
  • Drywall and finishing
  • Flooring installation
  • Painting
  • Basic carpentry
  • Site preparation and daily clean-up
  • Loading, unloading, and handling construction materials
  • Following safety procedures and company standards on site

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN required)
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy construction materials
  • Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
  • Previous residential construction experience is an asset
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours when required
  • Valid Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation

  • $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
  • Opportunity for long-term employment and growth within the company
