**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed for various tasks.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.

**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols and procedures.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise on the job site.
