What You'll Do

As our Service Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team with a blend of coaching, mentorship, and enthusiasm. You will:

  • Champion our customer service–first culture
  • Drive CSI excellence and ensure every customer leaves happy
  • Supervise, train, and empower your team
  • Manage service operations, workflow, and service desk efficiency
  • Oversee warranty administration
  • Build strong relationships with Parts, Sales, and all other departments
  • Track performance, encourage growth, and maintain profitability
  • Resolve problems with confidence and creativity
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and top-quality repairs every time
