About the Role

We're working with one of Canada's most respected building envelope contractors, recognized for excellence in roofing, cladding, and waterproofing solutions across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

We are seeking a Field Sales Lead to oversee and elevate field operations across all active divisions. This role requires a decisive, hands-on leader with deep construction expertise, exceptional operational awareness, and the ability to drive excellence across multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

This position is pivotal to ensuring that the clients projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards — while mentoring field teams and optimizing performance company-wide.

Must have:

  • Proven expertise in
    roofing, cladding, or waterproofing
    operations on projects ranging from
    $5M–$20M+
    .
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, field resource management, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse field teams in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Skilled communicator capable of engaging with both site-level staff and executive leadership.
