Absorb is seeking a strategic and technically savvy Product Marketing Manager to help shape how we bring our innovative learning solutions to market. In this cross-functional role, you�ll serve as a vital connector between Product, Marketing, and Sales�translating complex product capabilities, including our AI-powered features, into clear, compelling value propositions. What you�ll do:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that articulate the value of Absorb�s products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to communicate the value and impact of Absorb�s AI-powered features, ensuring clear and responsible positioning of AI innovations.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities, product updates, and technical differentiators.
  • Create and maintain technical marketing collateral, such as solution briefs, product datasheets, white papers, and demo scripts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop tools, presentations, and training materials that enhance product knowledge and competitive confidence.
  • Lead or support product launches, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
  • Gather customer, market, and competitor insights to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Absorb�s technical expertise at industry events, webinars, and conferences as needed.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

What you�ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a hands-on role within a SaaS or enterprise software company (e.g., Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Product Management).
  • Strong understanding of software technologies, ideally within learning technology, HR tech, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, audience-friendly messaging.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams - especially Product, Sales, and Customer Success - to align strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content such as positioning and messaging documents, launch materials, and competitive intelligence enablement.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their business applications, with the ability to communicate how AI enhances product value and user experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and executive-level audiences.
