About the Role

We're looking for a results-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the continued growth and visibility of Masterful Moves Realty Group.

This role blends marketing execution with event coordination, ideal for a motivated professional who's both strategic and hands-on.

You'll manage content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement initiatives that drive awareness, attendance, and brand growth.

This is a part-time subcontract position designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how marketing drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and promote monthly real estate and community events
  • Develop engaging marketing content and campaigns across social media, email, and print
  • Coordinate sponsor partnerships and local collaborations
  • Manage timelines, RSVPs, engagement analytics, and event reporting
  • Create branded materials using Canva
  • Support lead-generation efforts and marketing automation systems

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or communications
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Bonus: experience in real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing
