Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into low-code solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Support automation initiatives using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Copilot Studio experiences.
- Assist in deploying and optimizing Microsoft 365 Copilot integrations.
- Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
- Stay current with emerging low-code technologies and best practices.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, application development, or automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Copilot Studio and building custom copilots.
- Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration capabilities.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps.
- Knowledge of SharePoint for content management and workflows.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
