POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an innovative and dedicated technology solutions designer in a full-time and permanent capacity. This position will include collaborative work, and the successful candidate will possess relevant experience demonstrative of being a multi-skilled and adaptive contributor in past working environments. With the direction of the Solution Architect and Project Manager, the Salesforce Developer will be a crucial member of our team of designers, developers, and business and quality assurance analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Salesforce Development, including Salesforce Lightning components and coding in the Apex Programming Language.
  • Web Development, including coding for the WordPress Content management system environment up to complete WordPress plugin and theme development.
  • Salesforce Administration, including workflow rules, flows, processes, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment.
  • Quality Assurance, including writing and executing end-user test scripts per the client's QA testing process and documenting/reporting any bugs found.
  • Technical Documentation, including high-level and detailed design documents, end-user guides and release notes.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Three years of relevant experience is required.
  • Coding language proficiency would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce UI configuration is preferred.
  • A solid ability to combine practical thinking, organizational knowledge, and creativity to solve new challenges as they arise.
  • Strong Communication Skills (both written and spoken) with precision and attention to detail, including the ability to discern when to take the initiative and when to consult with team members.
  • Commitment to building proficiency with our internal systems, including Google Workspace (office automation), Asana (project/task management), and Harvest (time tracking).
  • Perpetual Learner with a keen interest in keeping abreast of emerging technology trends.
