POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an innovative and dedicated technology solutions designer in a full-time and permanent capacity. This position will include collaborative work, and the successful candidate will possess relevant experience demonstrative of being a multi-skilled and adaptive contributor in past working environments. With the direction of the Solution Architect and Project Manager, the Salesforce Developer will be a crucial member of our team of designers, developers, and business and quality assurance analysts. RESPONSIBILITIES Salesforce Development, including Salesforce Lightning components and coding in the Apex Programming Language. Web Development, including coding for the WordPress Content management system environment up to complete WordPress plugin and theme development. Salesforce Administration, including workflow rules, flows, processes, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment. Quality Assurance, including writing and executing end‑user test scripts per the client’s QA testing process and documenting/reporting any bugs found. Technical Documentation, including high‑level and detailed design documents, end‑user guides and release notes. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Three years of relevant experience is required. Coding language proficiency would be considered an asset. Experience with Salesforce UI configuration is preferred. A solid ability to combine practical thinking, organizational knowledge, and creativity to solve new challenges as they arise. Strong Communication Skills (both written and spoken) with precision and attention to detail, including the ability to discern when to take the initiative and when to consult with team members. Commitment to building proficiency with our internal systems, including Google Workspace (office automation), Asana (project/task management), and Harvest (time tracking).
