RQ10032 - Technology Architect - Intermediate

Scope:

• Define approach for integrating Salesforce with legacy systems and third-party applications, including middleware and data flow diagrams.
  
• Assess the Business process and design architecture documents
  
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for integration, scalability, and compliance.
  
• Develop and document high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, including data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
  
• Provide detailed specifications for customizations, configurations, APIs, and integration components.

Salesforce Experience:

• 5+ years of salesforce architect experience 
  
• Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and can guide others using this methodology
  
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud. 
  
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. 
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools like MuleSoft
  

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

• Technical architect experience in designing the vendor managed implementation project
  
• Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions 
  
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines 
  
• Have worked with vendor and multiple stakeholders in the large complex project
  

Architecture Experience:

• Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level 
  
• Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) in complex vendor managed project
  
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs 
  
• Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models for Salesforce platform projects
