Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Window Blind Installer to join our team. This position involves traveling to residential and commercial sites to install, service, and repair window coverings such as roller blinds, zebra blinds, vertical blinds, and motorized systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel daily to customer locations for blind installation and service calls.
  • Install window blinds, shades, and drapery hardware according to specifications.
  • Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fit and function.
  • Diagnose and repair blinds or motorized systems when needed.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide guidance on product operation.
  • Handle tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.
  • Work independently and manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure vehicle is stocked with installation materials and kept clean and organized.
  • Report job completion, issues, and feedback to the office team promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in window blind or home improvement installation (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on ladders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Experience with motorized blinds (Neo, Somfy, etc.) is an asset.
