Looking for welder/fitter/erector with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. Most work is done on job sites across the city, with some shop work.

-Welder/fitter/erector with 5+ years of field experience

-Clean abstract full G license

-Experience driving commercial vehicles an asset

-CWB certified/qualified

-Experience working at heights on elevated platforms

-Forklift/telehandler/5 ton crane certificates an asset

-WHMIS

-Working knowledge of equipment and tools

-Mechanical knowledge (diagnosing and trouble-shooting welding equipment) an asset

-Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, fabrication, and erection shop drawings

-Stick/mig experience, tig an asset

-Physically fit and capable

-Offering competitive rates, based on experience

-50hrs/week

-Must have means of travel to and from shop

-Must be strong communicator (English proficiency)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
