We are seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic team working on small and large scale projects throughout the South-East and West Sussex.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidates will require a variety of skills, including foundations, drainage, paving and concrete laying.
  • To be part of a small team carrying out high quality works on private and commercial projects delivering to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals following directions from site supervisors/project managers.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker or similar role in construction.
  • Familiarity with construction machinery and hand tools.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans (desirable but not essential).
  • CPCS or NPORS qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • Good teamwork skills and a strong work ethic; taking pride in your work.
