We are looking for a motivated Cold Call Salesperson to join our dynamic team and help drive our client acquisition efforts. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in targeted industries to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present our flooring products and solutions, emphasizing their benefits and features.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and meetings as needed.
- Record and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for key account targeting.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cold calling or sales, ideally in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of flooring, construction, or related industries is an asset but not mandatory.
