Post Trade Support Analyst

We are looking for a Support Analyst with strong Capital Markets and Fixed Income expertise to support Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) trading teams. This role combines application support, functional analysis, and light business analysis, ideal for professionals who thrive in front-office–adjacent environments.
Key Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Capital Markets, or IT
5+ years of experience including application / production support (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Capital Markets & Fixed Income products (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with:
Rates activities, pricing, interest rate curve models, and risk
Trade booking workflows: clearing, negotiation, trade events, MarkitWire
Familiarity with Capital Markets regulatory environments (nice to have)
Experience with FO booking systems such as Murex, Calypso, Orchestrade, Summit, or Sophis (plus)
Ability to contribute as a Business Analyst on small initiatives when required
Responsibilities
Provide L3 application and functional support to IRD trading teams
Support USD and cross-currency swap traders (NY desks)
Strengthen the support framework with a "You build it, you run it" mindset
Review and validate solutions against business requirements
Collaborate with business and IT teams to design scalable solutions
Produce functional documentation, specifications, and test plans
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Implement new products and pricing curves
Automate and industrialize investigation and support processes
Monitor applications and proactively drive performance improvements
