- Fight for reliability: Respond to production incidents, get to the root of the problem, and build automated solutions to ensure they never happen again.
- Automate everything: Identify and eliminate manual tasks, constantly evolving our monitoring tools and platforms to promote a culture of operational excellence.
- Promote engineering best practices: Share your knowledge and expertise to help the entire engineering organization build more scalable and reliable services.
- Support a 24x7 online environment: Play a crucial role in our on-call rotation, ensuring our services are always available and secure.

- A passion for mentorship: You're a technical leader who inspires and elevates your peers.
- Deep cloud security expertise: You have experience automating, securing, and running large-scale containerized services in environments like AWS (EC2, ECS, KMS, Kinesis, RDS) and GCP (GKE, GCE).
- A solid technical foundation: You have deep knowledge of CI/CD principles, Linux fundamentals, OS hardening, networking, and IP protocols.
- Configuration management mastery: You are an expert with tools like Chef and Terraform.
- Expert-level coding skills: You're proficient in operational tooling languages such as Ruby, Python, Go, and shell scripting.
- Security tooling know-how: You have experience with industry-standard security tools like Nessus, Qualys, OSQuery, and Splunk.
