We're building a thriving organization that's purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is.As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator your responsibilities will include: Monitor outstanding client accounts and ensure resolution in a timely manner as per Firm policy and guidelinesBe responsible for the maintenance of follow-up documentation and related communications tracking outstanding client accountsBuild strong relationships with the senior professional team (Partners) regarding status, history and activity related to outstanding accountsGenerate calls with clients regarding outstanding amounts and payment status with an emphasis on verbal and written interactionsBuild solid relationships with clients, understanding and resolving any issuesResponding to queries in a timely mannerMaintain a strong focus on client retention while negotiating suitable payment arrangementsFollow up on negotiated settlements to ensure arrangements are metKeep Partners in relevant locations/ Business Units up to date on the status of their client accountsProvide appropriately timed updates to the National Accounts Receivable Manager, and others as requiredAny other reasonable duties as assigned by the National Accounts Receivable ManagerDoane Grant ThorntonIf you're a bit like us, you're driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable/ Collections environment contacting outstanding accountsUnderstanding and knowledge of basic accountingWorking knowledge of Microsoft office applications (ie.
