  • Job Summary R.E. Glover Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales operations focused on industrial fasteners, including nuts, bolts, anchors, and related products. This is an office-based role responsible for order processing, quoting, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has prior inside sales experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial or construction-related environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for fasteners and related products
  • Communicate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Support sales and purchasing teams with product and customer information
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product data in the system
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Provide general sales and office support as required Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous inside sales experience preferred
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or fastener distribution is a strong asset
  • Comfortable using computers and learning ERP / inventory systems Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
