Overview:

We are seeking reliable and physically strong Snow Shovelers to join our team for the winter season. The role involves clearing snow at multiple sites across Brampton to ensure safe and accessible pathways for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shovel and remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other designated areas.
  • Work efficiently across multiple sites within Brampton (up to 8 sites per day).
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Maintain safety and follow all health and safety procedures on site.
  • Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle for commuting between sites.
  • Valid G/G2 driver's license required.
  • Physically fit and able to perform strenuous work in winter conditions.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to navigate multiple sites within a day (sites are typically 5 minutes apart by driving).
  • Previous snow removal experience is an asset but not required.

Additional Information:

  • Seasonal full-time role with potential for extended hours based on performance.
  • All work sites are located within Brampton.
