As a Senior Advisor Compliance and Contract Management, you'll be the go-to technical support for contract management across Maintenance and Operations. You'll provide specialist guidance, develop tools and frameworks, and support contract managers to ensure consistent, effective practices. You'll oversee supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and help shape commercial best practice for one of New Zealand's largest infrastructure portfolios.

You are a contract management specialist with:

  • Strong experience in contract management, compliance, or commercial advisory roles

  • Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms and mitigate risk

  • Experience designing and embedding frameworks, tools, and templates

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

  • Analytical skills to identify trends and develop actionable insights

  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, law, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Certification in contract management, procurement, or commercial management (preferred)
