What You'll Do:

  • Act as a brand representative across multiple OEMs and dealerships
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and social media

  • Build and maintain a strong personal and professional network to drive sales opportunities
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote vehicles, engage customers, and grow your
  • personal brand
  • Follow up on leads from multiple sources and convert them into sales
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and referrals
  • Set monthly sales goals and develop a clear strategy to achieve them
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all vehicle models, products, and industry trends

What You Bring:

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and earn customer trust
  • Passion for customer service and a winning, positive attitude
  • Proven ability or interest in leveraging social media and networking for sales
  • Automotive sales or dealership experience is an asset - but not required
  • Reliable vehicle for travel between dealerships
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
  • OMVIC License
