We are Trylon and manufacture really cool stuff We manufacture cell towers and electrical transmission towers and all the cool accessories that go with these monsters. We have been doing this for over 90 years, and we are constantly evolving and expanding our technology.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Technician / Help Desk to join our Information Technology team to fill an immediate opening. This role offers hands-on experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, and enterprise systems within a global manufacturing and telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple locations.
- Assist in troubleshooting PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Support user account management and access requests in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Assist in setting up new workstations, deploying PCs, and configuring software.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
- Support IT staff with ongoing projects including system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related post-secondary program.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Assets (Preferred Skills):
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory or on-premises Active Directory.
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 apps.
- Exposure to IT security practices and basic scripting (PowerShell).
Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay: $57,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
