Job Summary

The Nurse Team Leader is part of a team providing services to mental health clients in a community based setting. The Nurse is responsible for providing front-line recovery-orientated services. The Nurse Team Leader works under the direct supervision of the Lovering Program Manager and under the overall direction of the Director of Operations. The Nurse Educator is responsible for front line responsibilities and for expertise, knowledge and skills related to overall service delivery to residents including overseeing nursing related issues of the mental health programs and providing leadership to the McEwen Manor, PALS, and OAK teams.

The Nurse is responsible for providing recovery-orientated services that will assist residents and their care team in developing holistic wellness plans. Applicants must provide your current registration &/or be eligible for professional registration.

Hours of work are 12 hour shifts on a rotation, and on call responsibilities as needed.
